adding acetyl group to lysine in pymol
Hello everyone,
Does anyone know how to add an acetyl group to lysine residue in a protein in pymol (academic version)? The academic version of pymol does not have plugin option.

I solved the plugin problem in MAC OSX: http://www.pymolwiki.org/index.php/MAC_Install#X11_Hybrid
Then, in the plugin, we can choose PyTMs to add acetyl group to our selected lysine: http://www.pymolwiki.org/index.php/Pytms
