MAF of mitochondrial SNPs?
Hello there! As i was looking around in the GRCh37 database, i wanted to see the most common mitochondrial SNPs of the OXPHOS complex 3 or 4. The problem was that the site was not giving a MAF for the SNPs and the SNPdatabase did not provide information about the frequency of the appearance of these SNPs. Surely there are SNPs that are common for so many people accros the Earth so do you have any idea where to find the frequencies for these SNPs?

MITOMAP and MITOMASTER provide Genbank allele frequencies for all mitochondrial SNPs. Presently there are 30,589 full-length sequences used to calculate this frequency.
