EGFR and KRAS expression
im trying to find out up and down regulation of EGRF and KRAS in colorectal cancer. im looking for some rna-seq data for the same. any suggestions on some good data sets?

If you don't specifically need RNA-seq data, there's a very large amount of retrospective transcriptome data on GEO, e.g.

You could look into this Genentech paper with "70 pairs of primary human colon tumours", but I don't know about data availability.
