viramp upload error

I am trying to use viramp to do a virus de novo assembly. The fastq read files I am using are each 4.4 gb, so I am trying to upload them via the URL method. I keep getting an error, and I don't know if its my URL or the program. I tried uploading a smaller bam file, which is less than 1 gb, and I keep getting the same error. I'put links to the images to show my input and the error. Any advice would be great!

This is really a Galaxy question as the uploads are handled by Galaxy. The best would be to ask on the Galaxy support forum:
