Dear all,

I would appreciate some help regarding DIAMOND and MEGAN.
I am trying to upload a file reads.daa to MEGAN and get this error message:

DAA file contains multiple ref_names blocks, not implemented

At the same time I am uploading protein accession to NCBI-taxonomy mapping file and get an error message that:

File has wrong magic number

I can't understand what should I do to upload the mapped reads.
