Database for Antibiotic/Antimicrobial products of Bacteria
Does anyone know a good database to find Antimicrobial agents produced by Bacteria?
I want to use it on a de novo assembled bacterial genome. I have also the nucleotide/AA sequences for the genes called by prokka. And InterProScan output as well to work with.
If you had this info available how would you proceed to find the desired info?

For mining your genome, you could use antiSMASH, if you are interested in downloading a database, see antiSMASH download section on Bitbucket.
I also found ClusterMine360, but never used it.
