Functional annotation for cancer meta-signature lung cancer genes.

Hi, I have previously written that I am writing a proposal on meta-signature genes of lung cancer. I am at the verge of finishing and need help to complete it properly. I hope some one is kind enough to help me out here, and soon :)

I am stranded in annotation, as it has to be done in 2 parts, the 1st, structural annotation has been completed. I need help in the functional annotation aspect.I like to know, what work flow needs to be followed here to integrate molecular function,biological function and cellular function for lung cancer meta-signatures to complete the functional annotation?

Hi there!

Why don't you tryDavid tool for functional annotation? Or Webgestalt tool? The latter can perform GO enrichment, KEGG enrichment and many others. You just upload your set of genes.
