Displaying similarity percentage in proteinortho
Hi!
I am using the program proteinortho to find homologues between bacterial genomes. I can find all genes, which are similar to each other more then 30% or 65% etc.
But I can't find an option to display exact similarity percentage between them output.
Is there a way to do this?
