Clustering similiar GO terms

Hi Friends,

I just wanted to cluster the GO terms which has been generated from the GO annotation of one species. I tried with ReviGO for the purpose. I pasted all the GO terms removing duplicates. Can I give "Higher is better" in advanced options to cluster the GO terms, as I don't have any P-values associated with the GO terms. I generated the graphs properly, but I am afraid if it is right or not. Any one used ReviGO before kindly help.

Thank you,
Amk

go cluster revigo

You can may be try this: Before removing the duplicates, you keep a count of each GO term, and use it as the second column. Then run REVIGO with "Higher is better" option.

Dear crackerjack,

Thank you. That make sense. Will do that!
