MG-RAST database preparation protocal
I wonder if there is a description of how MG-RAST prepared their database of reference sequences for taxonomic classification. I couldn't find it in their Manual, ftp://ftp.metagenomics.anl.gov/data/manual/mg-rast-manual.pdf. Any clue will be appreciated, thanks!
