Panther db Reference List

I am suspicious and want to double-check the results of PANTHER.db manually from within R (I queried the database for GO slims with the PANTHER.db library, and now will run hypergeometric enrichment test against these GO slims on my gene lists).

In the web version of the algorithm they provide the reference universe for the enrichment test as follows and I couldn't find download link for their reference list anywhere on their website or any mention of which annotation DB they use (and which version):

Is there any way to download/approximate their reference list?
