I am interested to do bioinformatic project from home. Can anybody tell me where should I search the oppurtunity?

You need to be more specific. Bioinformatic is a HUGE subject with many arms. For example, I only worked on the genetic data whereas someone else might be interested in immune and stuff. So first off, know what you want to do, then maybe someone can point you to the correct direction.

if what you look for is some "exercise", ROSALIND contains bioinformatics problems that you can challenge yourself with.
