Atlas -link inputs
I am trying to use the software Atlas-link for scaffolding of my AllpathsLG assembly. One of the input file is a config file which is in TIGR assembler GDE format. Now I do not know how to convert my fast files to that form.

Hi No I havent. I ended up using a very good scaffolder called PEP scaffolder in and tried Soap GapCloser and SSPACE too
