Transcripts size range in whole human muscle transcriptome

Hi,

Is anyone aware of any tool/database that I can access to get the size ranges of transcripts for the whole human muscle transcritome? for e.g what is the range of sizes for all the transcripts expressed in human muscle , how many are 2kb or below and how many are 5kb and above.

You can get the genes you are interested at e.g. ProteinAtlas or ExpressionAtlas (it is likely there are other possible sources as well). ExpressionAtlas has .RData files with the data, then you could use BioConductor packages to get annotation and the info you want on the genes.
