pathaway connection analysis for different tissues
Hello all,
I am working on non model organism and I have got transcriptomic data for different tissues. I want to find out the metabolic pathway connection between two tissues based on their transcriptome data.
Can someone please suggest me tools or method to do this?

Dear Amoltej,
you could possibly check this excellent blog for rna-seq. It has many tools you can search and check if suit your analysis for path enrichment
