Forum: Database to find disease associated with chemicals

Hi

I am looking for a database that accepts chemicals as input and throws out the diseases that are linked to it. I have found Comparative Toxicogenomic Database (CTD). But I am interested in inputting specific dosage of chemicals and see how my disease output varies as the dosages vary. Are there any interesting databases for the same?
