Retrieving files from Interpro
Hello to all. Can someone enlighten me on how to differentiate which ones are domains and which ones are families from InterPro in the ParentChildTree.txt ? I want to know super-family, family, and sub-family and same for domains. I want to parse all this data in a MySQL table.
