Hello to all. Can someone enlighten me on how to differentiate which ones are domains and which ones are families from InterPro in the ParentChildTree.txt ? I want to know super-family, family, and sub-family and same for domains. I want to parse all this data in a MySQL table.

A link to ParentChildTree.txt would be helpful to see what you are talking about. In general, the question like this can be answered if you read through the documentation of the site.
