Is estimated coverage of Nonpareil reliable?
Hi everyone, I used Nonpareil to estimate my metagenomic sequencing coverage. And the results show that the coverage is more than 90%. It should be enough, however many of my draft genomes are too little after binning. So I would like to know if the result of Nonpareil is reliable?
