Databases of compounds

Compounds that found in different database as Zinc, ChemSpider, ChemBL, etc. are compound that are synthesized or still are not synthesized by anyone. because I want to know if I can to use these databases to check my compounds that I synthesized if are or not novel (new) because I have not access to scifinder.

I think ZINC is purchasable compounds. ZINC contains over 35 million purchasable compounds in ready-to-dock, 3D formats

I am asking if compounds that contain Zinc (over 35 million) are synthesized or still unsynthesized by anyone (synthesized in practical)
