Protocol for Chip-seq analysis for beginners

Does anyone have a simple protocol for chip-seq? I don't have much experience in coding. Any books recommended? I am new to Bioinformatics. Thanks in advance!

Well... A good Google search always helps.

You don't need too much coding to analyze it but you will need some basic unix and R skills to understand how tools work and (mainly) to tweak/solve any problem you might have

Otherwise there are guides on how to do it using Galaxy and even a youtube video (that I haven't watched)

I agree that TriS that Galaxy as a good place to start, because the Galaxy team has done a good job of making nice interfaces for standard programs, so that command-line is not an issue. They also have a number of good video tutorials explaining workflows.
