Hi

The file SRR1586015_1_fastqc.html links to a "page not found"

Additionally, I cannot find the html file with the workflow of lectures 4 and 5 mentioned during the lectures.

Where can we get those html files?

Thanks for pointing out the missing file!

I've posted a series of files at http://bioinfbook.org/NCBI_NOW/. These include (1) the FastQC file you asked about, (2) two HTML files that cover the DNA sequencing and RNA-seq lectures, (3) two R markdown (Rmd) files from which the HTML files were generated, and (4) a PowerPoint that goes along with the DNA-seq lectures.
