Looking for tools for taxonomic identification of 16s(part) using sencodary structure information?
Hi smart guys, I am looking for a tool to do taxonomic identification from my 16s contigs. But I am sick of using blast, I think it is better if a program is based on secondary structure. Do you have any suggestion? Thanks a lot!
