Finding public ChIP-seq data for various tissue types
I would like to learn how better to locate publically available ChIP-seq data.
Specifically, I would like to look for H3K27me3, Ezh2, and Eed ChIP-seq data from brain tissue (amygdala and dorsal raphe) if such exist.
However, if not, I am still very interested in learning more about the most widely used ChIP-seq portals that may provide downloadable data.
Thanks!

ftp://ftp.genboree.org/EpigenomeAtlas/ is the roadmap epigenomics ftp and has K27 at least. Browsing is much slower than dl-ing.
