Chromosome specific sequencing approachs
Hi friends
When I read about Human genome project I confused, How the identified chromosomes' sequence content,map,...?
Actually, If we don't have enough information about chromosomes or in de-novo species,
How could we be able to sequence genomes? (and determine each Chr's sequence)?
Thanks from all of you.

Are you asking how assembled sequences could be assigned to particular chromosomes? If so, have a look at FISH.
Flow sorting chromosomes? BAC libraries? Minimal tiling paths? I think perhaps reading the papers would illuminate your question
