Software To Find Motif And Retrive The Node Names
Hi all. I use mfinder and fanmod to find overrepresented motif in my network, but now I'd like to know the real motif in my network I mean the name of each node in the motif. I wondering if anybody knows a code or software to do so? Thanks Diego
