Dear all,

I am not sure if this is the right place for me to ask a question about network analysis, but I'd give a try. If anybody knows any forums for network analysis, I'd appreciate if you can let me know.

I have two bipartite networks. By doing clustering, I see that the interactions in one network are more "modular", while the interactions in another network are more "promiscuous". However, I wonder if there is any standard method to quantify network promiscuity. Any comments or suggestions are appreciated.

Thanks,
Wendy

How about measures like degree distribution, or size of connected components?

Thanks Ahill. Good ideas. Is there a standard algorithm to detect the size of connected components?
