python module or package to work with agp files ?
Hello,
I was wondering if there are any python modules which can directly work with agp files ? Maybe which can extract coordinates for scaffolds or other features directly.
Something perhaps like pysam ? Though I can do it using standard python libraries, I was curious to see if any such module exists to make my script faster.
