Is it possible to computationally predict the involvement of a protein in another protein acetylation or deacetylation?

In general, no but there are exceptions like for N-acetyltransferase A or for some lysine-acetyl-transferases. Many methods for predicting acetylation sites have been published (e.g. this paper and references in there) but like for kinases and phosphorylation sites, it's harder to find which enzyme is responsible for the reaction.
