Orthomcl Orthomclpairs Problem

Hi, in my case, orthomclPairs program only found Inparalog but not Orthologs and CoOrthologs. Any body know why? similarSequences table have both intra and inter species blast -m8 output.

You should specify your input data set and the command line parameters.
