I have a set of genes of targets and background (expressed genes) with TAIR IDs (e.g. At5G62760) but GOrilla does not accept these IDs. It seems to recognise some but less than 50%. When I contacted GOrilla, they told me they want the NCBI ID. I do not know what they mean by this and why it apparently has an overlap with the TAIR IDs (but not 100%. I have tried using DAVID to convert the IDs but no luck yet.

I really like the output from GOrilla and would like to use it with this Arabidopsis work but so far cannot. Anyone who knows what they mean by NCBI ID and how I get TAIR ID to this with a converter will be my hero!
