Hello,

I'm trying to use circos software to generate a figure of a bacterial genome with some annotation. To do that, I need to to generate a simple table in which I have to indicate the scaffold, gene coordinates (first nucleotide - last nucleotide) and the name of the gene. Does anyone know a program or an script to generate this table from a .gbk file?
