Protein Molecular modeling online tutorials/books for beginners

Can anyone suggest me a good book/tutorial/online course in protein molecular modeling for a beginner. I need to model mutations in my proteins and for that I don't want to go in deep chemistry part. I want to learn modeling in application based way.

Your suggestions will be highly appreciated.

Take a look at some of the stuff associated with Rosetta. http://blog.openhelix.eu/?p=21306 There's kind of an overview video in the post, but in there I also linked to some of the other more hands-on tutorials that they offer.
