I guess this question is pretty naive but I'll take my chances.

Where could I find a dataset of proteins put together by a common specific experimental feature such as folding rate, pathological site(s) mutation(s) or in general any experimental characterisation?

The idea is to work with these datasets statistically having an experimental result in which to rely for comparison, correlation, etc.

I know that I could do it manually but I'm hoping there are already large datasets arranged for previous works.

Thank you very much.

If loss-of-function phenotypes are acceptable as experimental features, then you could use large scale RNAi screen data from GenomeRNAi.
