differential gene expression analysis
Hi
I have a list of differential genes expressed between 2 conditions in human generated from cuffdiff . Among the up regulated and down regulated genes I have some unannotated genes (XLOC_). As my samples are from human blood , I would like to know how I can call these loci? differentially expressed unknow genes or unknown transcripts
