How to get fully ordered proteins from PDB
Hi,
I need to get only fully ordered structures from PDB but I can find any query parameter or even field containing this information. After I post this i try to download all 2A structures and write script to filter out structures with gaps but it is not good way to do it. I will be really happy if you answer me easier way before I will finish my own method :P
