Batch Queries In Haplotter
Hi all,
I am trying to run a list of genes through Haplotter, but it appears to take only one gene at a time. Is there a way I can possibly analyze my list without having to manually enter each one individually?

Did you ask the creators of the tool (http://haplotter.uchicago.edu/) if they would like that ? There is probably a reason they do not want people to do batch queries, the main reason being that the results are rather rich, and thus retrieving them in batch would put a massive load on the server.
