Conservation of protein interaction site
I am trying to find out the relative conservation of residues of a protein that interacts to another protein over other surface residues. For example, 10 residues of protein A interacts with protein B. I want to quantify the conservation of those residues over other surface residues. I am wondering if there is any statistical or quantitative method for doing it.
