Install EnrichmentMap in Cytoscape 3.0.0
Hi, I have installed EnrichmentMap in Cytoscape 3.0.0 by AppManager. However, I can not find EnrichmentMap in the Apps, as you can see below:
But EnrichmentMap is listed in Currently Installed:
Any help is appreciate ;)
UPDATE: update cytoscape to the latest version, EnrichmentMap will be listed in the Apps. Issue closed.

Did you follow these instructions?
I just installed by the app manager. In the instructions page, EmrichmentMap 2.0.1 requires Java 7, my computer is Java 8, should i install Java 7 instead?
It could be the issue, but I would try to upgrade Cytoscape first since I don't see the 3.0.0 version in the installation page, so maybe it's not supported..
