Haplotype Reference consortium Release!
Hi all,
Has the HRC with large reference panel of human haplotypes from 31K individuals is released?
We are planning to impute our data with this new release, if it is available can someone point to the source or if it has not when do you think it will be available.

Maybe you can go to the individual cohorts and apply for permission? http://www.haplotype-reference-consortium.org/participating-cohorts
The only way is to use their imputation servers, one at Sanger and one at UMich. You can't get the genotype data.
