Hi, I got a question about test the significant of InterPro domains. for example, there are three species which are annotated with InterPro domains:

               fly        bee        tick
IPR000315      100        21         8
IPR006210      120        110        12
IPR013017       25        130        11

How can calculate if the InterPro domain number of fly in a category is over representative than others. for example fly has 100 IPR000315 domain that is significantly over representative than bee and tick.
