Axiom sample call-rate cut-off strictly 97%?
For Affymetrix Axiom genotyping, the Genotyping Console best practices manual suggest dropping samples with call-rates less than 97%.
I was wondering what do the rest of you do, I am re-exporting genotypes from the Genotyping Console, and I basically have one sample at 95% that I had preliminarily cut but am now wondering whether to re-add.
What do you all do with Axiom data at that call-rate? Thanks!
