I am trying to generate a network with a GOid list obtaines from BLAST2Go, but i cant find the appropiate software. I dont need make a enrichment analysis (again)

The "Visualize" option provided under the 'tools and resources' section of the Gene Ontology AmiGO browser, can be used to generate and visualize the networks for a given set of GO IDs.
