Dear all,

I am going to run an association analysis with Matrix eQTL, but I would like to use eigengenes rather than gene expression values. Here comes a problem, because the tool requires a gene location which I do not have for my eigengenes. Did anyone come across this problem? Is it possible to avoid adding the gene location and run the analysis this way?

Alternatively, can anyone suggest me another tool that I can use (consider that I do not have a family structure for these samples)?
