How can i calculate the percentage of ohnologs that are related to cancer?

how can I calculate the percentage of 2R WGD ohnologs that are associated with cancer? Most papers have just shown that which of the ohnologs families are related to cancer, however, they don't give an exact data on how many ohnologs in total are actually related to cancer. I am not quite sure how to get these data, please give some advice on how to solve this problem...
