R for Flexarray

Hello

I need R for Flexarray but after trying some versions of R, it says that: some algorithms require that some package be downloaded in R. I can not understand why R has not all required package itself? from where I can download a full R having all packages?

I entered this command in R:

install.packages("rscproxy", lib=.Library, dependencies=TRUE, repos="http://lib.stat.cmu.edu/R/CRAN")

I run RSetReg.exe as administrator

Still says that some packages in R need to be downloaded

Hello Deepak

I was downloading without internet download manager, then download never has been completed while showed downloading finished successfully, when I check in properties I saw that was about 28 mb while the file is 58 mb. In brief I could extract the zip file

I am going to install it. Pray for me!
