Error Message Using Operate On Genomic Intervals Tool "Subtract"

l think there may be a problem with the subtract tool in the operate on genomic intervals tools in Galaxy. I keep getting an error message even though my BED files are in interval format...

  File "/mnt/galaxyTools/tools/pymodules/python2.7/lib/python/nexus_client-0.0.1-py2.7.egg/nexus/token_utils.py", line 20, in <module>
    import rsa
ImportError: No module named rsa

Could you help me with this?
