I have a product of RAPD marker analysis that has been scored into an excel sheet. The research involved 14 genotypes of pepper and 40 bands were produced. Now, to get the summary statistic (which will show gene diversity, PIC, etc), I wish to use Powermarker but don't know how to code the data for the powermarker software to be able to analyze it. That is, I need help on to set my RAPD data for analysis with powermarker.
