What number of SNPs in DNA gyrase WGS gene region to expect when finding differences between resistant and susceptibile to Ofloxacin?
What number of SNPs in DNA gyrase WGS gene region to expect when finding differences between resistant and susceptibile patients to Ofloxacin?
In these two classes of WGS data I have found differences in a few BP only in every sample. Is it enough to be significant after translation and other processing acts? BLAST similarity score is 97-100%. Does it say that data are wrong or it can be truth? Thank you.
