Error while running ktreedist
Dear all,
I am attempting to determine the Robinson-Foulds metric between a pair of trees using ktreedist. Unfortunately, I am encountering the below error while running the program.
ERROR (species - tips):The tips of tree '1' in './tree1.nwk' are different to those of reference tree.
I have verified the tip labels and they are same. Since I am a novice in this field, I am unable to find a fix for this issue. I am running the ktreedist prgram from Mobyle portal.
Your suggestions are highly appreciated.
