Dear all,

I have two sets of chromatin regions (active and Inactive) and I want to see whether the presence of certain TFs is making the difference. For that I want to scan the active regions for the binding sites and prove that it has significantly higher Binding sites than the random region. Will It be fine If I go head with this? what Kind of statistical methods can I use and If I have to visually show that what Kind of plot would be better?
